Dear Sirs/Madam,
I recently have taken on the task of relocating from Washington State back to Southern California for a new career opporunity. My first action was to contact a friend in the area to recommend a Real Estate agent. The person they recommended (at a competitor's firm in Victorville) was less than helpful. After 3 phone calls requesting to have some information and listings e mailed to me, I had no information from the Realtor about any houses or what I could expect in the market.
I then remembered a positive experience about 10 years ago with J. Tidwell to help me find a rental house in the Pinon Hills area, so I made the decision to just drop in. When I walked into J. Tidwell without an appointment, Carmen was on point immediately and was read to help. She listened to what my needs were, did some research and we were looking at houses that met my requirements that afternoon. There was no wasted time on houses that didn't meet my needs. Very efficient. We eventually put an offer in on a house that we looked at on that Saturday and she has worked tirelessly to make sure that I got the best value. She has been easily accessible from 1400 miles away and is prompt to return phone calls and respond to e mails. She has gone the extra mile by taking additional photos of the house I am buying, and is keeping me well informed of the house's progress.
If you have an Associate of the Month program, then I imagine that she has a few of those plaques already. So, I would recommend her for Associate of the Year. You should be honored to have her on board.
I am a firm believer that one's personal success is directly affeced by the people one chooses as friends and business partners. I firmly believe that having Carmen on board as my agent has proven to be a distinct asset. Both she and J. Tidwell get my highest recommendation.

Thank you for risking your life (and your car!) to get the pictures. You certainly live up to your motto "Always There For You". The information on Yucca Trees was very interesting....there is always much more to life in the desert. Similiar to seeing a picture of a black lava field on the Big Island of Hawaii. Not much to look at initially, but if you are actually there up close and you learn about the geological formations and the eventual transformation back into a fern forest, its facinating!
Again thank you so much for "always being there for us." By the way, if there are any other property owners you would like to solicite for possible sell of their land, please feel free to use me as a reference here as a very satisfied client. I would be more than happy to talk to by phone or email/write to anyone that wants to know how professional and conscientious you are as a Realtor.

| I'm writing you as a personal reference on behalf of Carmen Scherubel. I am a full-time real estate investor, and I purchase or sell an average of 3 homes per month. When I need a Realtor in the High Desert, I call Carmen. She understands investors and works harder than anyone I've dealt with to get deals done.
I don't live in the High Desert, so I rely heavily on her for many favors. She doesn't have a problem going to properties and taking pictures for me when I'm considering a purchase. She emails listed properties to me that look like good investment opportunities. She has overseen several remodels for me and referred me to numerous rehab contacts. She even meets the Sherrif on occassion during eviction lockouts.
Even though most agents offer me discounts in exchange for volume, I always use Carmen and pay her a full 6% commission when she lists my homes.
